David Campbell

Senior Software Engineer

David Campbell is a senior software engineer in the Moritz lab at ISB. He graduated with a BS in Biochemistry from CU Boulder in 1985, after which he spent a number of years in several labs performing separation and analysis of various proteins. He began working in the field of computational biology in 1996, beginning at the DNAX Research Institute, and continuing with several years at Geospiza working on their web-based DNA sequencing analysis software. He joined ISB in 2004, initially as part of a cancer stem-cell project (SCGAP), followed by work on a Microarray analysis module, and for the past several years on proteomics-related software. His primary focus is work on the Peptide Atlas project and associated sites such as the SRM Atlas.
